1. What is your signature product when it comes to videography for weddings?

We love fun and rhythmic scenes. And, our signature style will be our “Love Moments” package. We like to constantly change and we try to challenge ourselves with different styles. Plus, we do our best to make sure that the style we choose fits the personality of our couple.

2. How do we book you for our wedding?

A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required. We do not accept pencil bookings.

3. What are your payment method and terms?

We accept cash, cheques and online transfer/telegraphic transfer.

4. Can you block off the date for me at the time I enquire?

This is known as pencil booking. We’ve been disappointed too many times when we do this. So, normally we will hold the date for one (1) week from your last email.  To proceed with booking, please advise us on your decision and also your booking fee for us to block the date for you.

5. I am overseas. How can we communicate with you?

More than half our couples are based overseas/outstation, we can communicate over skype, email or phone. As the saying, Internet is borderless

6. Are you and your team available for travel?

Yes, we do! Love is all around us, so we will travel to capture your stories. Travel expenses in which the couple will shoulder include the accommodation, food, visa and transportation expenses. Out of the country fee is separate and depends on which country the shoot will take place.

7. Wow! Why is your rate more expensive than the rest?

Believe it or not, we are not the most expensive studio around. Our charges are based on a few things: skill, time, professionalism, track record and equipments we use. We encourage you to be an informed consumer, so shop around. Moreover, your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime affair, you want to be happy with the people you hire. We have proven track record of happy customers.

8. I love a particular videographer’s shooting style. Can you shoot like them?

It is important to note that videography is an art and each videographer brings with him a unique vision and emotion to the end result. We hope you will engage our services because you love and appreciate our vision and artistry.

9. Do we need to feed you?

We pray hard that you would as this is very important. We are humans just like you. You don’t want your videographer to faint halfway through your wedding dinner! We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a packed vendor’s meal. Something like fried rice from the hotel cafe in a take-away box would be enough. We do not ask for a 8-course meal.

10. For outstation weddings, we have ample rooms in our house, can you stay with us?

It’s regretted to tell you that we prefer to book the hotel as rest is very important to us, as our work is physically and mentally draining. Plus, we need our privacy and space to store our gears. We do not request a 5-star hotel – all we ask for is a clean, good and comfy hotel room and also close to the wedding venues.

11. How long will it be before I get the final edited film?

Depending on how peak the season is, you will get your wedding film anytime between 3-6 months from your wedding date. We put every ounce of effort into making your video unique, so this takes time and cannot be rushed.

12. What is a Same Day Edit (SDE) and what do you require for it to be done?

SDE is a short highlights of what happen in the morning session that is being shown at the reception dinner. It is available as an add-on to your wedding video collections. It would be helpful if we have a place to edit this piece. And, we need about 5hrs in between the morning session and the dinner reception for us to prepare the SDE.

13. What equipments do you use?

We are proudly to say that we are the only known team that fully uses Nikon system. Other tools such as Steadicam, crane, slider will be used without any additional charges. These tools are similar to Hollywood production tools but they are in smaller version to fit our DSLR. And also we have special audio recording equipment to record speeches without any background noises.
